Shipping Policy
At Refrigerator Filters US, we strive to deliver refrigerator water filters and replacement filters quickly and securely throughout the United States. Please review our shipping policy below for processing times, delivery estimates, and order tracking information.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit Time & Carriers
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking email is sent once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit. Undeliverable or returned parcels due to address errors may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO
Most small parcels can be shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Oversized items may require a physical street address.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
