Items Not Eligible For Return

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, installed, used, or opened refrigerator water filters cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
